If there is anyone who could help me remedy this error message. My computer cuts to the Royal Blue Error message screen. Sometimes 2-3 different error messages appear. They all have the same ending message. I try to print the blue screen by using the "PRINT SCREEN/ SYS REQ. button but the screen won't print. The ending message say - Beginning Dump of Physical Memory Physical Memory Dump complete. There is also a Technical Information - STOP OXOOOOOO5O (OXE125000,OXOOOOOOOO,OX804FB799,OXOOOOOOO1) Please help me if you can. All my work is on my computer. I am working with MicroSoft Windows XP. I am not good with the technical stuff, but if you can tell me how to fix this problem, I will follow you advice to the letter. I cannot afford to lose all my work, projects and documents.

The hex codes you listed above should have a 0 or a 1, followed by an X, then eight more hex characters, 0-9 or a-f. The first one you listed in the parenthesis only has seven characters after the 0X. What actually is that code? In finding the cause, the actual parameter is needed. If you did install Macron software, contact them about the error, either by email, phone, or by their FAQ or other support pages.
