Home remedy to dust allergies or sinus allergies?

I am REALLY sensitive to dust and lately from where I take Benedryl a lot, I haven't been able to swallow pills. My throat will clsoe up and all I end up swallowing the water, with the pill still in my mouth. This would occasionally happen, but now all the time. what are some home remedies with fast allergy relief? I've had bad allergies ever since i was in 1st grade. When I get an allergy attack, it hits me good. Any remedies or suggestions? I don't want to go to a doctor and have them prick me 100 times with a needle to see what I am allergic too when I already know. Please help me.

Answer: 1st, you can buy benadryl in liquid form. May be easier for you. I'd invest in an IONIZER and run that in your room. To keep dust down, it really helps. In order to do the RAST test, where you are pricked about 15 times, to see what you're allergic to, you muct be off of benadryl for 1 whole week - so don't worry...You won't get pricked while benadryl is still inyour system. Wash your linens in hot water and run the iONIZer ( not a deionizer) and you'll feel better. write me if you still need more help. (have info on proper dusting & vacuming etc 2 )
