He/she may not be able to perform surgery or any other specialized work that a surgeon or a specialized doctor can perform.An alternative medicine practitioner should not treat herniated discs nor a slipped disc case. It is for the orthopedics.If diagnosis is done correctly, and if the patient can be treated by alternative medicines, then there is no risk to the patient nor there is any question of accountability.Please do not malign the profession of healing, whether conventional, or alternative. It is the results that matter most.
