The use of alternative medicine (eg: acupuncture, reflexology) is becoming very widespread. Why might this be so?

Answer: Partly because they have been tested by time, partly because "actual" medicine is unaffordable for a lot of people. did you know that alot of "actual" medicine is based on old home remedies?Because they are cheaper than western medicine. Also, given the many side-effects of western medicine, people tend to choose alternative medicine.
