Question: By posting the entire text of these articles, Steve has violated thecopyright of the Alternative Medicine Review. He copied this posts off ofthe Thorne Research Website. Anyone who is interested in having Steve leave, might want to bring these three posts to AOL's attention explaining that heviolated, yet again, someone's copyright.
Answer: ".(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to thecopyrighted work as a whole; " You posted the entire article. The above means small portions are allowed tobe quoted. But *not* the whole thing. Sigh. You really don't understandanything of what you post, do you? The Alternative Medicine Review is a copyrighted work. You cannot violatethis copyright by posting entire articles on websites. Thorne makes moneyon the sale of these reprints. By publishing them to this public forum youhave destroyed that ability to profit from these articles. When I signed on with Thorne, there was warning that those articles were notto be reproduced. This warning is also on the hard copy of the journal.Publishing them here does not constitute educational purposes. If I made tencopies for a class, that is educational. This is not. Anyway, what I think is irrelevant. I have forwarded these posts on toThorne. I will let them deal with you as they see fit.
