Question:
At home remedies for badly damaged hair?

Last night my idiot hair dresser bleached my hair and put a color on top of it (the color is NOT what I wanted, but that's a whole other story) and the bleach did very bad damage to my hair. It's very dry and damaged in general. What are some AT HOME REMEDIES that will work quickly and effectivly?! Please help me!
