Question:
Is there a home remedy for eczema?

my 4yr old son has eczema and i don't have the 100 dollars to go and get his medicine so i was wondering if there was anything at home that i could do to help it

Answer: I feel for you, I don't even want to spend $ to pay the doctor so I can get a $100.00 perscription. My hardest chanllenge, is the "Hand washing issue". Have you tried Astrazeneca. This is a pharmacutical company that assists in getting med's. Since you've already paid for the doctor, you may get help from this company. I've never tried it. . .It may be worth you time, it may not be.

Otherwise, I found this web-artical 4 u.

The itch that won't quit may have met its match: A vitamin B12 cream could offer relief for the 15 million Americans with eczema, a dry, itchy skin condition.

Corticosteroids can relieve symptoms, but they can also severely irritate skin. In a 2-month multicenter study of the B12 cream, German researchers asked 49 volunteers to slather it on one side of their body and a placebo cream on the other.

Nearly 60 percent said the B12 cream relieved their symptoms (11 percent reported that the placebo helped). The cream should be available later this year." 1
