Question:
I have a Sinus headache; any home or herbal remedies to treat it?

I've had a throbbing headache for several days now, which I suspect may be due to a Sinus inflamation, or nasal congestion of some sort.

Any suggestions on how to treat it, preferably herbal or home remedies?

Answer: Breathing steam is a really good option, as is a hot compress on your forehead. I also find that having someone massage my head, right around the point where your eyebrows run into your nose (up under your eyebrows), putting steady pressure there can really help temporarily. Drink lots of fluids.

But, if you actually have a sinus infection the best way to get healthy in a timely fashion is to take a decongestant and see your doctor about an antibiotic. The first things I listed will help with the symptoms, but medicine will deal with the cause.
