Having had a close relative pass away from cancer it made me very determined to do something to try and make a difference.

I decided to start giving to cancer charities inorder to help fund their research.

The problem with this is that I didn't feel I was doing anything directly myself. My great interest is computing and the Internet, so I decided to build a website.

The website is www.ascancer.com, which has alot of information about related cancer sites and topics.

I would really get some satisfaction if people found this resouce useful .I am trying to build up the contents of the site and would welcome any articles relating to cancer that people would like to post to the site. THese articles must be about some aspect of the topic. If you want to promote your service or support group please feel free, it is a great way to get free publicity.
