What is holistic counseling?

Answer: Holistic counselling believes all problems are inter-related: physically, mentally and spiritually. In order to solve problems you need to look at the whole being. A kleptomaniac may have problems at home, lost their spiritual way, dealing with peer pressure or financial woes... or all of the above. This is the fundamental difference between this and other pure forms of psychology that have more narrow definitions of cause and effect.
