I find it ironic that the holistic health center that I used to go to 20years ago that used to sell macrobiotic books now sells zone diet books.

If I wait long enough, maybe we'll get Woody Allen Sleeper version of thefuture where all the junk food will be found to be good for us.

Answer: I used to take 1200 mg (600 mg twice daily) daily of guaif (combined with120 mg...60mg twice daily... of pseudoephedrine to make Entex-PSE). It wasgreat for congestion (year-round allergies to whatever was in the Gov'tbuilding where I worked)... and I didn't get any bad side-effects from it,but it didn't do a thing for my fibro. Took it daily for years (which isprobably not a good thing).
