Answer: It's a tool, like any other. It works for some things and not for others.

My ministry is not really a healing ministry, anyhow. I don't get asked to domuch healing.

Most of what I do is hospice visitations (ministry of presence).

I also do a lot of weddings (which is also very much a ministry of presence --just ask someone who's wedding officiant didn't show up).
