I love holistic health herbalism,biology what major should I study?

I am International student. I am studying first year in college. I can not afford an expensive school. I took the Toefl and I got 89 out of it. Does any one know what school should I go to ? I dont want to go to school in rural area. I am currenly in St paul, Minnesota.I will rate 10 points for best answer, please help me with this question

Answer: Biology with an emphasis in plants or biochemistry, but even anthropology might be interesting. You might like to go to Iowa State or the University of Northern Iowa. I have some information on those schools. I am not sure about the schools in that area, but I am sure there are wonderful schools to choose from. I think you can learn a whole lot from a biology degree that will help you with herbalism. I know I learned a whole bunch in my botany class.e.
