Homeopathic / Holistic Vets in Singapore?

Hi everyone I have a 6 year old pit bull terrier who has been diagnosed with kidney disease. He is the sweetest, most loving little gentleman on the island - but he has now gone off his food, is on daily IV drips and his breath smells absolutely foul (like a mixture of bile and urine). My vet says there's nothing that can be done.

I would like to pursue a second opinion with a holistic or homeopathic vet. Please can anyone help reccomend a good one in Singapore. Money no object for our beautiful boy.
