Question: I've had it with diets. From what I've been reading it seems that theonly way to permanently lose weight is to make a major lifestyle change.Like it or not, I'm starting to accept that I'm going to have to face thestresses in my life, as well as my eating habits, exercise routine (orlack thereof), etc. if I want to be leaner and healthier. Can anyone suggest a good weight management book that approaches weightloss in a more holistic way? I'd like to follow some approach thatincludes stress reduction techniques (yoga, meditation), moderate exerciseand a healthy "you don't have to starve yourself" diet. Thanks for yourhelp.
Answer: Overall programs are ok; however, most people go overboard with losingweight. There's a great site that you can also recommend to educate people notonlyon weight management, but also healthy lifestyles, exercise and fitness. http://www.totalmarketing.com/cyberniche (go to catalog section then exercise/fitness or health/medicine)
