Answer: take L-lysene. you can find it in the pharmacy or wal mart with all the other vitamins and minerals. next time you feel one coming on take 2 immediately! then one a day for a few days. if you can catch it when its just stating it will go away before it even gets bad!try anacids it works for me like milk of mag or rolaids crush them add some water and paste it on there dont drink any of it paste it on there it should go away in a few hr to a day the anacid drys it up
