please i will love to know the home and herbal remedies for hay fever and related liver ailment

Point number two: think mitigation. Keep your house clean, change your AC filters to a type that helps filter out pollens/molds, cover your bed/pillows with plastic, get rid of any carpets, shower/change when you come in for the day, stay inside during peak pollen periods in the day and high pollen days.

Point number three: see point number one. Consult your doctor! If you have a diagnosed liver disorder, why are you looking for advice in a non-medical forum?
