I have recently posted some very important articles with permission from The Alternative Medicine Review which can be found on a site from Thorne Research company.

Answer: It has been brought to my attention that Steve Podhouser has been postingcopy protected articles from the journal Alternative Medicine Review,which I publish.Mr. Podhouser does not, and has never had, permission to post thesearticles. He has been contacted by me, by phone, and has agreed not topost any of our material in the future. The user name, which he obtainedby representing himself as a doctor, is being cancelled. He will nolonger have access to our professional site.

His interpretation of copyright law is particularly flawed, I have an inhouse legal counsel, who does a large amount of copyright work for us.

Since your site is unmoderated, unfortunately there is little you can doto stop unwanted postings. AOL is simply a conduit, I have had thisdiscussion before with my neighbor, who is a senior systems managerthere. I wish I could offer more.
