Does anyone know of a real cure for Erectile Dysfunction (ED)?

I am in my low 60's and diabetic. I have consulted with my doctor for ED problems, and the Viagra he prescribed hasn't helped. Neither has the testosterone gel. The TV ads for "natural male enhancement" sound like a scam. Has anyone had success with a product or medication or treatment?

Answer: Talk to your doctor again about other ED Meds, I have had more success with Cialis then Viagra. Both are for the same symptoms but are very different chemicals (but because of your other issues, please talk to the doctor first).
