I was wondering if there is a south american root to cure hpv?

i got a book called natural cures and it has nothing about it in there just some links. the guy that wrote it said on tv there is a root that can cure any virus herpes hpv ect... if anyone knows about this root its a south american root it could help so many ppl out there. please help look for this root.
