Question:
Any natural cure/relief for ovarian cysts?

I have re accuring ovarian cysts, have had them rupture while having sex and it is excrutiating (anyone else?). Does anyone know of anything natural to help ease the pain or re accurance of them?

Answer: I have this as well, and it hurts like hell!! the book I have listed below is a great one, it gives both changes in diet and exersize. changing what you eat does help, check out the book it's great!
