How well does Interferon works for people with Hep C versus people who are choosing "natural" remedies?

I am looking for testimonials from people not associated with the sale of a book or the sale of ingrediants of the "cure". It would seem to me natural and herbal medicines have huge validity but I am looking for people talking about that in terms of their own experience and success. I can't invest any effort in people with names like "Mary W of Denver" says xxxxxxxxx. and the testimonial is what seems to be a sales pitch and is located on a web site that is promoting a book. There has to be real people with real experience somewhere.
